<p>One of the main determining factors, that will affect the property market, will be employment. If unemployment rates rise, then only people who have a deposit will be able to purchase real estate and newly built houses. Many predict the unemployment will soar to as high as 8% (compared to 2009 which was 4.5%) and this will decide the real estate price tags.</p>
<p>Back in 2008, the Australian Reserve Bank cut interest rates by a massive 3% which helped many people meet their mortgage repayments and the new strict lending rules, issued by the Australian Government has significantly cut down on the amount of mortgages given to people who would struggle to meet their repayments.</p>
<p>These stricter lending rules have also reduced the amount of repossessions on the property market which has enabled the Australian property market to remain relatively stable in the last few years.</p>
<p>The Australian Government has also started a new grant available for first time buyers to help them get onto the property ladder although, again, only beneficial if people can keep up the repayments on their mortgages.</p>
<p>Throughout Australia, debt levels are at an all time high, with more people borrowing from credit cards and banks to keep their heads above water and for people to purchase new properties they will have to take on more debt, which unfortunately they can&#8217;t.</p>
<p>Many home owners are having a hard time paying their debts and many have lost their full time jobs and are now working only part time. Part time jobs increased by over 40.000 in 2008, whereas full time jobs dropped by 44.000 in the same period.</p>
<p>The world economy is another determining factor that will affect the property market in Australia. Other countries such as European nations, the USA and Japan are all suffering a recession and even the big player, China is experiencing a slow down. All over the world will be affected and Australia will not be left out.</p>

<p>To get started, you need to first figure out who your ideal prospect is. You will need to analyze what information they would most likely want and need to make a decision. Sitting down and writing out a couple of paragraphs as if you are your prospect talking to you about their interests, needs, wants and concerns can be enlightening.</p>

Be sure to incorporate your keywords so that your article gets found on the search engines. <p>The Body</p>

Everything is done so much quicker than what it use to be. Now you can google apartments for rent in Fresno CA, find an apartment, and take a video tour of that apartment over a video sharing website like YouTube in minutes from the comfort of your home. I moved north a couple of months ago and went looking for apartments for rent in Clovis CA. It was amazing how fast and easy it was. Many years ago when I went looking for an apartment for rent, it took days and weeks to find the right one. You would have to schedule a meeting with the manager just to see if you liked the apartment. Another two days would pass by as the manager would check your references, call your employer, and verify your rental history with other managers you had in the past.</p>
<p>Nowadays, I think that some of that information is illegal for people renting out apartments to even ask, but back then, it was standard practice. Nowadays, after you use your apartments for rent search engine, and contact a few people, they might check your credit, but that is the most that they would even think of doing to you. More often, you can find apartments for rent that require nothing but a deposit, and first month&#8217;s rent, and maybe a brief meeting between you and the landlord. And that is a great thing too, because without that, things would be much tougher for renters. Just like they used to be, that is. I am glad to see that it is so much easier to find apartments for rent in the Fresno CA area.</p>
<p>A statistic that I read recently that really sticks with me is that over 85% of all apartment searches begin over the Internet! That is incredible!
